What does love look like? It has the hands to help others. It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy. It has eyes to see misery and want. It has the ears to hear the sighs and sorrows of men. That is what love looks like.

WHO WE ARE

Jacob and Amanda Marchlewski

We are Jacob and Amanda Marchlewski. Originally from Pensacola, Florida on the Emerald Coast in the Florida Panhandle.  We have been living in Honduras as long term missionaries since early 2015. We have been married for 15 years and we have 6 awesome kiddos.  Our heart and desire is to serve and honor Christ with the gifts and abilities that he has placed within us by using them as a springboard to share the hope and truth of His gospel with the lost, vulnerable, and under-served.  We use education, discipleship, and community development as a way of building relationships with the goal of drawing people to the One who can fulfill every true need, Jesus Christ.

emergency and disaster relief

We primarily live and work in Honduras, Central America where 70% of the population live in extreme poverty.  When there are crisis situations, those whose lives depend on day to day provision are left in a very vulnerable position and are often unable to work as needed in order to provide for themselves and their families. Floods, droughts, political unrest, and even pandemics have a tremendous effect on this section of the population.  We are uniquely positioned to serve during these challenging times by aligning with and working alongside the local Honduran church to reach the rural areas quickly in order to help provide emergency nutrition, basic sanitation, water, and the life giving hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
